Winter Time

The "Take Down" Jabin did so well at the Juab Wrestling Tournament. We got there at 11:00 and ended up waiting around all day. It is always chaotic and unorganized but Jabin was patient and finally got to wrestle at around 5:30. He did awesome winning all three matches without the other boy scoring a single point on him. This sport is growing on me. It is definately a very tough and disciplined sport.

WINTER FUN!!

Jason and Carly invited us to go sleigh riding on their turkey farm. Jason had a harness for his dog and it is pulling Dallas on the sled-so cute!

15,000 Turkeys. These turkeys are 2 or 3 weeks old. They are really cute when their brand new chicks. The kids had fun trying to crab one to hold. These turkey farms are so high tech with computers that monitor the tempeture and "bio hazards" we were made aware of. Jason goes in the older turkey's shed so he couldn't go in the younger turkeys shed. If you have chickens or birds you shouldn't go in the sheds either. It is amazing what these turkey farmers do to raise them.

Our late night horse and sleigh ride to the live nativity in Fountain Green. It was snowing and pretty cold but always worth it once you arive in the little town of bethlehem and watch the movie and walk through the silent nativity.

Matt and the kids built a fort after the first big snow storm. Jabin is even sportin a bloody nose after I guess a bucket was thrown unexpectedly from dad.. They had so much fun and was dissapointed when it was melted the next day. It wasn't to long after this that the cold came and A LOT more snow. They had plans to rebuild but haven't braved the cold yet to go out and build again.

This is just coming back from Matt pulling Jabin on the tube on the back of the snowmobile. I was cold just standing there taking a picture of the poor guy. Luckily Jason had a shed with a warm heater so we could go warm up, have hot chocolate and head back out.

Rowdy and Dallas playing games. Grandma Marianne always has to have a Rummicube Tournament and the kids are getting better then the adults. It was fun to get together since Julia was home. Grandma Marianne made a delicious dinner and Uncle Jon surprised everyone with new warm gloves and the kids and adults loved gifts from Aunt Julia.

This is such a cute book by the President.Some of the other things Dallas got for Christmas: Guitar, How to books for the guitar, case, strap, books, clothes, Taylor Swift piano music, boots, money, hats, scarfs, 2 musical dolls, pajamas, and slippers and robe.

Jabin was soooo excited to get Shrek movies.

My Twin-

Haddy got this beautiful My Twin doll with matching outfit. She also got: clothes, books, musical doll, gingerbread body wash and lotion set, pajamas and slippers, and money.

The Live Nativity-My favorite part of the Christmas Season this year. Baby Jesus was a little fussy and cold.
