Jabin's sweet Valentines
Chocolate Dipped Strawberries from my Valentine! hehe, Thanks Kristina for the delicious strawberries they were awesome!! Thanks most of all for letting us take your beautiful girls this weekend. We have had so much fun and they really are the best babies! We are really going to miss them.
Jabin just after surgery. Unfortunately, Jabin had to go in for a "recurrent hydrocele hernia." He is such a brave tough boy! I think this surgery went really well and I am afraid the problem was that it wasn't fixed at all the first time, I am a little concerned about what the doctor did do the first time, but everything looks good and Jabin feels great. We did it at Utah Valley this time. They gave him a little goodie bag and the nurse even gave him two footballs because she wanted him to have one the color of the Saints because he told her he had cheered for the Saints for the Super bowl.
Mr. B's fourth grade class performed their Utah, This is the Place program. I really enjoyed the beautiful music. Dallas was an engineer and she had to memorize a boy's part that she said had a 111 degree fever (Dallas' slight exaggeration) that day at school. I was a little surprised to see him there, and Dallas was glad he was feeling better but did hope to be able to say both parts.Poor Dallas ended up with a great big cold sore the day before. What a curse those cold sores are.
Dallas receiving her medal at the Region awards. She is going on to State with her song she wrote the lyrics and words to and played and sang on her keyboard. This was for the Reflections Contest and the theme was Beauty.
Saying Good Bye to Cowgirl. This was just an unhappy and mean bird. We tried for the last five months to make her like us and it wasn't happening. The kind people that we bought her from took her back and said if they are able to sell her then we will get our money back. I am really happy she is gone but I have to admit it was a little sad and the house feels a little too quiet without her.
